Is your product vegan?

Our product is not certified vegan at the moment. It contains no animal-origin ingredients

Is your product cruelty-free?

We do not carry out animal testing on our finished products.

Are there any toxic ingredients blended in? (flavoring, synthetic flavor, mineral oil, paraben, ultraviolet ray absorbent, silicon)

No flavoring, synthetic flavor, mineral oil, paraben, ultraviolet ray absorbent or silicon was blended in.

Are your products suitable for all skin types?

Dr.BRID C products are designed to improve skin regeneration and has an antioxidant effect on any type of skins.
Its patented bio-ingredient Vitabrid CG, Peptibrid, Peptide Complex and Plant Stem Cell Complex would help maintain a brightened and healthy skin. The products are composed of mild ingredients to be suitable even for a sensitive skin type.
The degree in which all purposeful effects show on individual's skin can vary on a number of factors like skin care methods, skin type (dryness), daily activities and so on

Shipping & Return

When will my order ship?

Once you submit your order, processing takes 2 to 4 business days (and orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day). You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Enjoy!

My order had been marked delivered on tracking, but I have not received my order

Usually, carrier marks their packages delivered but they are actually on their way.
Please wait for 5 more business days from the delivery date and if you still have not received the order, promptly let us know via info@drbrid.com

Also, kindly check all premises of your property including the back door, front desk, lobby, and next-door neighbors to see if your package is around.

I'm having problems with the tracking

Oh no! In some cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via info@drbrid.com. We’ll get it sorted out.

Can I change my shipping address during delivery?

Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, it is not possible to make changes to the shipping address on our side. Please contact the carrier agency directly, if possible.
However, if you let us know as soon as your order is submitted, we have a better chance of successful change of your shipping address before the shipment leaves our warehouse.

How long will my order take to arrive?

It usually takes 5–7 business days for delivery.
However, please note that delays may occur due to safety measures at the logistics center.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with the tracking number.

What's your return policy?

To arrange for a return, please reach out to info@drbrid.com or click Contact Us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original form of payment within a 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your original shipping fees are non-refundable. Only items purchased on www.drbrid.com may be accepted for return. Sorry, but items purchased on sale are non-refundable.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, our apologies! Please contact us at info@drbrid.com and we’ll be sure to get you the Dr.BRID C product you ordered.

Order & Billing

Do I have to register and create an account?

For regular purchases, guest checkout is available.
However, we recommend creating a Dr.BRID C member account to receive exclusive secret coupons and promotional updates available only to members.
Don’t worry — signing up is quick and easy, and only takes a few minutes!

How can I check the status of my order?

You can view order status on your Account desktop page, which will be updated after your order is placed and again once your order ships.

How can I update my order?

Please email us at info@drbrid.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks or money orders.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Oops ! Here are a few things to check if your payment doesn’t go through: Check that card details (such as the security CSV code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system. If the problem persists, please feel free to contact us via info@drbrid.com, so we can try it manually.

How do I set up an account?

If you do not already have an account with Dr.BRID C, please do register with your email address.
Once your email and required information had been submitted, you will receive a verification email from us.
Only when you accept this email invitation, you will have a Dr.BRID C account of your own!

I cannot login to my account

It is possible that you did not set up your account initially by accepting an email invitation.
Please email us and we will send you the email invitation once again.

How do I join Dr.BRID C email subscription?

Please type in your email address at the bottom of our website where it says "Join Our Mailing List"
